Placing an order

We only supply goods to the North East of England and parts of North Yorkshire. All purchases must be made in-store, to maintain a high level of customer service, delivery & fitting service and after sales service. We accept most major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Credit and Debit Cards.



Once your order is ready for delivery our customer care team will contact you to book you in for a convenient delivery date.

Our fully trained delivery team are dedicated to providing you with a great service delivering your items to the room of your choice (subject to access). To help your delivery go smoothly, please tell us about difficult access points or parking restrictions. Please note: we can’t remove old beds and mattresses for health and safety reasons.

Please make sure to inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it. If the packaging looks damaged, please contact us if there is a problem. We want to make sure you're 100% happy with your delivery. If, in the very rare event of missing or damaged parts or fixings, contact us immediately so we can get your replacement items to you as soon as possible.    

Interest Free Credit Option

Interest Free credit is available in store only on selected products provided by Klarna Bank AB. To qualify you need to spend a minimum of £500 and a 20% deposit is required. Price match promise

If you find a product cheaper at a local competitor with the same service conditions (delivery, fitting, finance etc) we'll match the price or refund the difference for up to 28 days after you you have purchased from us.

Terms & conditions

As we have shops and websites giving you the customer a greater flexibility in how and when you buy from us, the level of service we offer can’t therefore be equalled by online or mail order only retailers such as Amazon or Ebay and it is for this reason we RESERVE THE RIGHT not to match their prices. In cases like this it will be at a managers discretion.

The competitor must have the item in stock or displayed in store. Delivery charges are taken in to account when comparing prices. The price promise does not apply to competitors clearance lines or discontinued stock lines.

We define our local area as a 20 mile radius from our stores.

We match prices publicly available to all customers based on those displayed in a shop or on a bricks and mortar stores website, or the first price quoted to us over the phone. The price has to be an identical product in terms of make, model, size or colour. We match bundles (ie Table & chair sets, room deals etc on a case by case basis, and we don’t match special prices that only apply to certain customers such as account holders or discount club card members. We don’t match prices available only available via 3rd party websites or with voucher codes. We also reserve the right to refuse a price promise where the price quoted on a competitors website may have been priced in error, for example the case where M&S priced a recliner chair at 50p rather than £700.

We will always endeavour to match a price where we can.
